Head of India Business, IT Innovation and Global Supply Chain

Background

Aditya graduated with First Class Honours in a Master’s of Electronics Engineering from King’s College London, where he was awarded the prestigious 2012 Jelf Medal, a 200-year-old Principal’s Award for outstanding academic achievement. During his time at King’s, Aditya also served as President of the Engineering Society and held several leadership positions in other student organizations.

Aditya began his career with Accenture Strategy Consulting, where he worked for nearly five years as a management consultant. At Accenture, he specialised in change management and led numerous high-impact projects for prominent clients. These included managing vendor transitions and operational improvements for BHP Billiton across the Asia Pacific, conducting competitive analysis for Waste Management Corp in North America, and overseeing the installation of operations management systems for Shell, optimising their digital process management systems.

Aditya also played a key role in Accenture’s operations transformation division, including a significant pro-bono project. He successfully restructured the operations of SEWA Rachaita, India’s largest non-profit women’s construction trade union, preventing its closure by optimising its business model for efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. For this effort, he received special commendation from the organisation’s CEO.

In a special project, Aditya assisted a London-based electric car start-up, helping resolve operational challenges for its fleet of 50 shared vehicles. He subsequently authored an engineering paper that helped secure substantial R&D funding from the HR Treasury.

Building on his extensive experience in operations consulting and change management, Aditya established companies in India and Singapore. Through these ventures, he delivers operations transformation consulting, long-term growth strategies, market expansion services, and strategic investments in high-potential business opportunities.
